Audley in The Royal National Park in Sydney South is a beautiful location all year round, but at this time of year as the Autumn leaves start to change color it’s even better.
This morning I headed down to see how the landscape is changing as we near the end of April, so it’s interesting to catch as some of the leaves are starting to change color and some are still in the natural green. So it’s probably a little early down there but I’ll keep checking it out over the next few weeks to see how much it changes leading up to winter.
The Royal National Park is my local park so I really enjoy heading there throughout the year and it’s pretty handy being so close to home. You don’t always have that luxury when checking out places that are far away just to see how it’s looking, so I find studying my local parks a good gauge as to what other parks around might look like. And then making a bit of a plan to the next adventure.

It’s definitely a great spot to visit in Sydney and I really recommending a trip out. There is even a awesome cafe at at this spot in Audley and after taking a few pictures it’s a great way to end the tour.
Til next time
Chris
