Where to find the Jacaranda trees in Kogarah

Just 20 minutes south of the Sydney CBD is one of the best places in Sydney to find the Jacaranda trees.

In Kogarah’s Hogben Park lies some of the best spots to see and photograph the Jacaranda trees and the purple flowers that they bring.

It’s also one of the busiest places I’ve been to while I’ve been chasing the Jacaranda trees around Sydney. And as you can see it’s just a great place with so many trees in bloom here.

It’s a pretty popular spot for a selfie or two so the hardest part might be getting a clean shot by yourself. But with so many options at the park you’ll have no trouble in getting that perfect picture with just a little patience.
