There’s many great ocean pools in Sydney to either swim at or photograph. But it’s pretty hard to go past the one in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs known as Bronte.
This was taken around 6.15 am in winter, and with the lights of the pool mixed with the colours of the sunrise it’s about as perfect as you could get.
Not all pools have the lighting that Bronte has, and with the perfect angle of the sun it can make for some pretty cool pictures.
Sydney is full of some great ocean pools, including the more famous Bondi Icebergs which is only a few k’s north of here. But as far as pictures go Bronte is well worth the early wake up.
Don’t forget to pack a jumper though. 8 degrees this morning makes for some cold hands.
Til next time!
